Cassie Collett began training at the age of three in Ballet, Jazz/Lyrical, Modern, Hip Hop and Tap. She grew up in Dallas, Texas studying at her mother’s studio. At the age of eight, Cassie began traveling to New York City. Studying at Steps and Broadway Dance Center, she trained with the legendary Frank Hachett, Suzie Taylor, Michele Assaf, Liz Imperio, Joe Lanteri, and many amazing tap masters.
In 2004 Cassie was selected to perform a Tap Demonstrations for National Tap Dance Day on Fox News. At the age of nineteen, Cassie went on to dance at a professional level, and auditioned for the Dallas Cowboys Arena Football Team. She went on to dance for the Dallas Desperados and Dallas Vigilantes Dancers under the direction of Jerry Jones. She followed her direction and at twenty-three years old, became Captain of the Texas Revolution Dancers.
Since then Cassie has had the opportunity preform during the famous Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders Halloween Halftime show and along side Pitbull & Enrique Iglesias in the 2013 Dallas Cowboys Christmas Halftime show.
Cassie has now moved her focus to teaching and choreography; having received several 1st place, overall, and “Choreography Awards”. Most recently, she placed in the top 12 at Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) at the Coca-Cola theater in NYC. For the past two years has choreographed for the Texas Rangers and their Junior Diamond Dancers.
