Rolly Villaverde is originally from Miami, Florida. He began his training at Pepe Bronce Dance Academy. He went on to work under the direction of Manuel and Lory Castro, where he specialized in Latin Ballroom and went on to compete professionally. In 2009, Rolly appeared on the hit show “So You Think You Can Dance,” dancing with Janette Manara and soon after performed on many other network television shows like Paula Abdul’s “Live to Dance”, and “America’s Got Talent.” He has also danced with and worked for many celebrities including Thalia, Elvis Crespo, Laura Pausini, and Antony Santos known as “El Rey de la Salsa”. In addition to dancing, Rolly has had the privilege of choreographing for many local and world renown artist such as Omi, Lady M, Amara la Negra, and Xyleen Pacheco. He currently resides in Miami and is continuing to work rigorously both in dance and choreography.
